From the final inking, a die stamp is created (such as used to die strike a coin). The finest quality of Sterling Silver is then struck. An etching bath washes over the silver leaving the resessed background darken to show off the delicate knotwork. Each piece is meticulously hand finished and then hallmarked (stamped on the inside) with the Brittany Butler's logo and the quality of metal (either Sterling Silver or Gold).
