    Using Local Bank Accounts in different Countries
    You may also register your local bank account if you live in the following countries:
    Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, or the United Kingdom.
    To verify a bank account, PayPal must make 2 deposits into that account - this is called "Expanded Use Enrollment"

    Due to the fact PayPal is unable to verify non-U.S. bank accounts, members outside of the U.S. are asked to complete their Expanded Use enrollment to increase the security of our payment network. PayPal makes two deposits into your account - this should show up on your bank account within 2-3 business days. Once you know the amounts of the deposits, log in to your PayPal account and click the Confirm Bank Account link on your Account Overview page to enter the amounts. If the amounts are correct, your bank account will be confirmed.

    REFUND POLICY:
    As this is a downloaded file of useable artwork
    it is not possible to offer a refund in most cases.
    Should there be an unusual circumstance and a refund has been offered,
    a $2.95 Processing Fee may be deducted from the refund to cover the payment processing fees charged by PayPal.

    These fraudulent emails may address you with the salutation "Dear PayPal User" or "Dear PayPal Member."

    1. Safely access the PayPal website or your PayPal account by opening up a new web browser (Internet Explorer or Netscape) and type in the following: https://www.paypal.com/
    2. Never give out the following information in an email:
      • First name, last name, business name
      • Email and password combination
      • Credit card, bank account, and PIN number
      • Social security and driver's license number

      ------ Do not download attachments, software updates, or any application to your computer via a link you received in an email. PayPal will not ask you to download anything for your account to work.
        ------ Choose a unique password and change it every 30-60 days.
